Reporting Vulnerabilities
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in our systems, please submit a detailed report to our security team. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 operational hours.
Safe Harbor
We pledge not to initiate legal action against researchers who report vulnerabilities in good faith, do not compromise user data, and give us reasonable time to remediate the issue.
Out of Scope
Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, social engineering of our staff, and physical security testing are strictly prohibited and outside the scope of our responsible disclosure program.
