Scope of Engagement
Services provided by Onserk are defined strictly by the approved project briefing and technical specification. Any adjustments to the scope require a formal amendment and may impact delivery timelines and budget allocation.
Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of financial obligations, ownership of custom-developed source code and digital assets is transferred to the Client. Onserk retains ownership of proprietary libraries, pre-existing frameworks, and internal operational logic.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime for hosted solutions, Onserk does not guarantee uninterrupted access during technical maintenance or third-party infrastructure failures. Emergency technical support is prioritized based on the active Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Onserk be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital systems. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service milestone related to the claim.
