Common Questions.
What we build, what happens after you get in touch, how the work is scoped and paid for, and what we do not do.
You get the system described in the written brief we agree on before work starts — usually a website, a CRM intake and follow-up workflow, an internal tool, or a combination of those. That brief is the scope: anything outside it is quoted separately, and the number of revision rounds included is stated in your proposal (two is our standard). Your proposal also states the maintenance period included after delivery and the date it starts. If you choose not to continue with a monthly plan after that period, hosting, domain, monitoring and security updates become your responsibility from that point.
Your message is saved in our system, our team is alerted, and you see a confirmation on screen. We get back to you during business days. You may also receive one or more automated follow-up emails and, depending on the service area you select, a short intake form that helps us understand your business before we quote. If nothing reaches your inbox, your inquiry is still with us — check your spam folder or write to info@onserk.com.
The proposal you sign states the delivery time in weeks. That clock starts when your deposit clears, not when you first write to us. A single landing page is faster than a full system with CRM and automation. If the scope changes mid-project, the date moves with it and we put that change in writing.
There is no price list on the site, because the price depends on the scope of your project. Once we understand what you need, you receive a written proposal with a fixed price for that scope, valid for 30 days. Your proposal states the payment schedule; our standard is 50% to start the work and 50% on delivery and approval. Monthly maintenance, if you take it after the included period, is billed separately as a subscription.
You work directly with the people implementing the system. There is no account manager relaying your messages to a separate build team. After launch, technical support runs under the terms of your maintenance plan.
We build and maintain software: the services listed on our Services page — websites and web apps, CRM and workflow automation, mobile apps, Salesforce work, security audits, technical consulting, and the maintenance and support of the systems we build. What we do not do: network or hardware support, on-site visits, or a help desk for your computers, printers or phones. If that is what you need, we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you now than waste your time.
You do, once all amounts due under the engagement are settled. From that point, the custom source code and digital assets we developed for you are yours. We keep ownership of our proprietary libraries, pre-existing frameworks, and internal operational logic. Before full payment, the designs, mockups and copy shown in your proposal remain ours.
Refunds are based on milestones that have not been delivered yet. Once you have reviewed and approved a milestone, those fees are final, because they represent engineering hours already spent. To start a request, write to support@onserk.com; we review the delivery status and the technical logs before deciding. Payment-processor fees and any licences already activated are deducted from the final amount. If you stop the project partway, we settle against what has been delivered and approved at that point. Monthly maintenance is separate: it runs month to month, you can cancel it from your Stripe customer portal, and service continues through the period you already paid for.
English, Spanish, French and Haitian Creole. The site is published in all four and you can write to us in any of them. Some of our forms and automated emails are currently available only in English or Spanish, so part of the process may reach you in one of those two.
Onserk LLC is a Florida company, based in the Sanford / Orlando area. The work is done remotely and meetings are by appointment. We have worked on projects for clients outside Florida, including Mexico. The whole process — first contact, proposal, reviews, delivery and support — runs remotely.
